- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over €50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase of our premium fishing equipment – from ALFA Reels to Airflo rods and Ahrex hooks – we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange products within 15 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Products are unused, in original condition with all packaging
- All labels and tags remain attached
- The product is not damaged or altered
- You have the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and specialized use, the following products cannot be returned:
- Binddraad en Tinsel (thread and tinsel)
- Chenille
- Opened packages of 3D Eyes and Shrimp Eyes
- Custom-made or personalized items
4-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Retouraanvraag” and include:
- Your order number
- Product name (e.g., Airflo Enkelhandige Hengel, size 5/6)
- Reason for return
- Preferred solution (refund or exchange)
- Your full name, email, and phone number
Step 2: Wait for Our Confirmation
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send:
- Return authorization number
- Specific return instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items only)
Step 3: Ship the Product Back
Package the item carefully in its original packaging with the order confirmation and send to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Process refunds to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Ship exchanged products according to standard delivery times
Refund Details
Approved returns will be refunded (excluding original shipping costs) via:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and arrange for replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
International Returns
For customers outside the Netherlands:
- Returns must be declared as “Returned Goods” with proper customs documentation
- Customs fees for returns will not be reimbursed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
